Who we host

Built for the whole group

Sleeping 15 to 22 guests each, our three homes are made for the gatherings that don’t fit in a hotel.

Most Anchorage rentals are sized for a couple. Ours are different — real bedrooms, full kitchens, multiple living areas, and room to gather. Here’s who books our homes, and which one tends to fit best.

Family Reunions
01

Family Reunions

Get three generations under one roof instead of scattered across hotel rooms. With 15–22 beds per home, big kitchens, and gathering spaces, the whole family wakes up, cooks, and celebrates together.

The Light House at Capstan (sleeps 17) and Mountain Lake Sanctuary (sleeps 22) are the family favorites.

Work & Film Crews
02

Work & Film Crews

A comfortable, cost-effective alternative to a block of hotel rooms. Real beds, full kitchens, laundry, fast routes to the airport (about 15 minutes), and plenty of parking keep a working crew rested and on schedule.

Mountain Lake Sanctuary sleeps up to 22 — ideal for a full crew under one roof.

Wedding Parties
03

Wedding Parties

Get ready together, host the rehearsal, and keep the whole party in one place. Spa touches and spacious living areas make the days around the big day feel like part of the celebration.

The Spa Home at Pyrenean — massage chair, jetted tub, and steam shower for the pre-wedding unwind.

Corporate Retreats
04

Corporate Retreats

A private, productive base for an offsite or leadership retreat. Open common areas for sessions, quiet rooms for breakouts, and a real kitchen for shared meals — minutes from downtown Anchorage.

Any of the three homes; book two for larger teams.

Multi-Family Trips
05

Multi-Family Trips

Travel with another family without living on top of each other. Multiple living areas, several bathrooms, and bunk rooms for the kids give everyone room to spread out and still share the trip.

The Light House at Capstan has a dedicated bunk room the kids will love.

Holidays & Celebrations
06

Holidays & Celebrations

Spend the holidays in a real Alaskan home. Long winter nights mean the northern lights, movie nights in “The Grimm’s Theater,” and a warm place to gather when it’s cold outside.

Comfortable year-round — winter brings aurora season and the Fur Rondy festival.
