Welcome to our cherished homes in Anchorage, Alaska! We are Charlie and Athena Grimm, lifelong Alaskans who are thrilled to share our beautiful properties with guests eager to experience the wonders of Alaska.

Having lived in Alaska most of our lives, we have a deep love for this stunning state and the unique experiences it offers. Our roots run deep here, and we’re excited to open our homes to visitors who wish to explore the rugged beauty and serene landscapes of Anchorage and its surroundings.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. We have been blessed with three wonderful children and six delightful grandchildren. Our homes are filled with the love and warmth that come from years of family gatherings and cherished moments. We hope to extend this warmth to you during your stay, making you feel as if you are part of our extended family.

We both have fulfilling careers in the transportation industry, which has allowed us to explore Alaska extensively and appreciate its natural beauty. Our favorite adventures include visiting the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, where you can witness the incredible wildlife that calls this state home. We also love spending time boating on Big Lake in the picturesque Matanuska Valley — a favorite spot for family outings and serene escapes.
